LECTURING
1. Sommelier school
For the first time in Cape Town, we are opening a school of sommeliers for the training of the waiters specialized in the wine and spirits service; foods and wine pairing, wine lists and how to give proposal for high level clients. During the course of time, I am directly involve with the staff of top hotels and restaurants, who are in need of my services, giving lectures.
2. Professional Importers and Exports
Same as a consultant, I, Denis organizes special tours to select the winery for importers from overseas. I will invoice directly the selected winery for an amount in concern to the wines exported.
3. Wine Tasting for the Clients of Travel Agency
I organize professional tours (on appointment) for private VIP guests who want to go directly to the Top boutique wineries or exclusive Vineyards. We can taste exclusive wine and masterpieces. Price on request.

For those interested in learning about wines, I have a simple session of 3 hours tasting with 5 white wines and 4 red wines for15-20 people. I have a personal selection of different cultivars such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon etc. from different country sides such as Stellenbosch, Swartland, Franschhoek and many more.

5. Training of the staff in Hotels and Restaurants
To be a junior Sommelier in Europe, you go through a program of 2 years of Training, then we give a certificate of MCS. For the top wine waiters, I give 4 sessions for 3 hours each. The price on request.
